We have expanded our machinery park with a Durst RHO 2500 printing machine along with a fully automated production line, including automatic feeder and receiver, which significantly improved our production processes.

What opportunities does the Durst RHO 2500 offer? The latest ‘flagship’ is another modular solution dedicated to industrial printing. This versatile and fully automated machine is an evolution of extremely successful machines of the RHO 1300 series, which also implements many crucial innovations. From a new design to a feeding system option, to high-resolution HR printing capabilities.

The use of the state-of-the-art 8 pl printheads guarantees high-quality printouts with perfect clarity. RHO 2500 is able to print concurrently on two separate tracks and the three-version modular system provides a flexible machine configuration with the ability to expand it at any time. The Small version consists of six rows of printheads, the Medium version has eight printheads and the biggest, the Large version, has ten.

Durst company also took care of ergonomics – the RHO 2500 offers a safe system for ink cartridge identification and an external camera, enabling full control over printing while working on a monitor. The software is an additional advantage – the RHO 2500 is equipped with the latest versions of Durst Workflow (smart print management solution) and Durst Analytics (an extensive tool for monitoring and collecting statistics regarding work and production data). They are fully compatible with the whole Durst ecosystem based on Web2Print.
