We may also use your data to provide information and maintain a relationship with you. Your data may also be used to conduct internal analyses related to visitor behaviour in order to further optimise our websites. Your personal data may also be required for our internal administrative and billing purposes, as well as to comply with obligations imposed on us by law and for the possible establishment, investigation or defence of claims, for analytical, archival and accounting purposes, and for the Controller to offer products and services directly to Users (direct marketing). IV. Duration of data processing
The duration of the processing of your personal data depends on the purpose for which the data is processed.
The period for which your personal data will be stored is calculated based on the following criteria:
1. legal provisions that may oblige us to process data for a certain period of time (e.g. the Accounting Act),

Consent is independent of the length of time you use the services and is valid until revoked.

VIII. Automated decision-making
In the process of performing the contract, we make decisions in an automated manner, including profiling, based on the data provided in the contact form.
Profiling means the processing of personal data involving the use of your personal data to evaluate some of your characteristics, in particular to analyse or forecast aspects of your performance, economic situation, preferences, interests, credibility, behaviour, location or movement.

2. By commercial information we mean information relating directly to our service (e.g. changes, internal promotions), non-commercial letters and commercial information, the distribution of which relates to our products and services.
3.  Commercial information is filtered to the extent possible so the user only receives messages of interest to them, its volume is limited and it is sent occasionally.
