Countertop stands

Counter displays are the most popular and widely used POS media in the retail sector. Their versatility, functionality and size range - from small to larger shop displays - have made them suitable for almost any product or service.

The food sector, pharmaceuticals, beauty and cosmetics, clothing, pet care, jewellers, bookstores, cellular communications and many others make frequent use of this solution. They are readily used by smaller retailers as a good alternative to advertising stands that require larger areas. They have a wide range of uses, depending on the design and the material they are made of.

Metal or wire countertop displays are mostly used for products that can be hung-up, such as small accessories, food, clothing items or cosmetics with a hanging-up option. Countertop stands made from Plexiglas, PVC, plywood or cardboard often form mini racks for loose items such as sweets or stimulants. Countertop display is also an effective manner of displaying luxury products (watches, jewellery, perfumes, electronics, spirits) and so-called limited editions. Regardless of the type of product, the stand has two functions - sales and image.

That is why the original and creative design of this medium is so important, as well as the high quality of its execution - it should attract attention, but also be durable enough to hold small goods when it is repeatedly touched during shopping. Countertop displays are most often present in the checkout area or on the display counter and should therefore take up as little space as possible in order to sell effectively and at the same time not interfere with the transaction.
