The first Fujifilm Revoria Press PC 1120 machine in Poland!

When the idea of buying a new digital printing machine arose in our company, we took a closer look at the offers from several manufacturers. Even though we have worked with Fujifilm for years and we appreciate them, their products, service and our mutual relationship, we always test machines of various manufacturers. The Fujifilm Revoria Press PC 1120 performed best in all tests and there is no competition in the field of printing even aplas on the market. The innovative, 10-bit colour depth implemented in this solution is the advantage of Fujifilm over other manufacturers, offering machines based on 8-bit depth.
 
The Fujifilm Revoria Press PC 1120 provides two-sided printing in six colours in a single run: CMYK plus two additional colours (to choose from six available special colours). We have not used all of the machine’s functions yet but we have already noticed a significant increase in efficiency in comparison to the machines we used before. The matching is much faster, which saves us time. The machine also automatically controls the stability of the colours while printing. The automation allowed us to redeploy some of our employees to different tasks, which also reduces our costs. What is more, the machine opens up new opportunities for users – among others, we will test printing on packaging, which would certainly make the product inside stand out, as well as various kinds of covers which could not be done with other digital machines. However, these are only some of the ideas for using this innovative machine. According to the manufacturer, the machine is dedicated to, among others, printing houses which seek alternative machines for smaller print runs, which would guarantee the profitability of these types of productions (it applies to both offset and flexographic printing houses).
