Election banners – materials and finishing
We select the material to suit the installation location, display duration, size and fixing method. We agree the specification based on your brief, then recommend a solution that fits the campaign budget, schedule and logistics.
Available materials:
· laminated banner material – an economical solution for shorter campaigns and standard outdoor displays, coated banner
· material – a material with greater structural stability, recommended for larger formats, longer display periods or more intensive use,
· blockout banner material – an opaque option for applications where it is important to prevent graphics showing through,
· mesh – an alternative for large areas exposed to wind, fences, scaffolding and temporary structures.
Finishing options:
· trimming to size without hemming,
· welded hems to reinforce the edges,
· fixing eyelets spaced as agreed,
· pockets for poles, cables or mounting systems,
· sizes tailored to fences, structures, façades and campaign locations.
For larger formats and displays in locations exposed to stronger winds, the installation method should suit the supporting structure and local conditions.
Display options
We plan banner production around specific installation locations. This makes it easier to select the right size, material, finish and packing arrangements for the entire campaign.
Where election banners can be used:
- perimeter fencing and fences,
- building façades,
- temporary structures,
- gates, railings and barriers,
- information points and local campaign offices,
- outdoor events, meetings and conferences,
- roadside spaces and areas along transport routes, in line with local display regulations.
Production options:
- standard and custom sizes,
- batches personalised for constituencies, candidates or locations,
- sets of banners in different sizes for a single campaign,
- sorting and packing by location list, distribution route, city or constituency,
- packing and labelling parcels according to the campaign’s allocation plan.
UV printing for election banners and clear messaging
We use UV technology to print election banners on carefully selected banner materials. In election campaigns, the candidate’s surname, electoral list number, slogan, electoral committee logo and visual identity elements must be clearly legible.
We offer:
- UV printing on laminated and coated banner materials,
- banner printing in a range of sizes and quantities,
- printed proofs for approval on larger jobs or projects requiring colour checks,
- pre-production file checks for dimensions, bleed, resolution and print readiness.
We maintain colour consistency throughout each print run and across any reprints. For campaigns delivered in stages, it is worth agreeing the material and print specification at the outset.
Process and logistics
We follow a structured process to help campaign materials reach their intended locations efficiently. We agree the specification, sizes, finishing and allocation of quantities based on your brief.
How we work:
- advice on materials and finishing to suit the display locations,
- preflight checks and file preparation for production,
- UV printing to the agreed specification,
- cutting, welding, eyelet fitting or making pockets,
- sorting, packing and distribution to campaign offices or campaign locations.
We deliver election banners in parcels ready for onward distribution or installation. On request, we label parcels by constituency, city, candidate, location or display channel.
As an election banner manufacturer, we handle both individual local orders and larger campaigns spread across multiple locations.
