Materials and finishing
We select the material based on where the poster will be displayed, how it will be mounted, and how long it needs to last. From your brief, we set the specification and recommend the best option for your budget, timing, and campaign logistics.
Available options:
- coated paper for indoor use and display cases,
- blueback paper for outdoor billposting,
- self-adhesive films for shop windows and glazing,
- substrates for backlit displays such as citylights,
- moisture-resistant synthetic materials.
Finishes:
- matte or gloss lamination,
- contour cutting or die-cutting to shape,
- mounting holes where required by the installation method,
- formats prepared to fit display cases, boards, and media frames.
Display variants
We plan production around specific display locations. That makes it easier to keep formats correct, ensure message legibility, and maintain consistent colour across the entire campaign.
Where we use them:
- outdoor media and notice boards,
- shop windows and partner outlets,
- city display cases, citylights and bus stops,
- universities, community centres, clubs and outdoor events,
- constituency offices, information points and local campaign teams.
Production options:
- standard and non-standard formats,
- versions personalised by district, candidate or location,
- mixed sets: indoor, outdoor and backlit media,
- kitting by list of locations, districts or distribution routes.
Digital printing and colour consistency
We match the printing method and substrate to the viewing conditions. For election posters, clear readability of the name, list number, slogan, and the committee’s visual identity is critical.
We provide:
- UV printing on carefully selected substrates,
- direct printing on rigid materials where boards or display panels are required,
- proofs for approval on larger runs or projects that require tighter colour control.
We maintain consistent colour across the full run and any reprints. Every file is checked before production for size, bleed, resolution, and print readiness.
Process and logistics
We work to a clear process so rollout on the ground runs smoothly. From your brief, we confirm the specification, formats, and how the run should be split.
How we work:
- material guidance for the intended display locations,
- preflight and file preparation for production,
- production to the agreed schedule,
- kitting, packing and delivery to campaign teams or individual campaign point addresses.
We ship posters in packs ready for onward distribution or installation. On request, we label packs by district, city, candidate, or display channel. As an election poster manufacturer, we handle both single orders and large campaigns split across multiple locations.
Who we print for
We support creative agencies, media owners, campaign teams, and committees managing multiple billposting locations. We can help with artwork tweaks, date changes, and reprints between campaign stages.
In short:
- fast reprints between rounds,
- consistent materials and colour across the entire run,
- pre-production file checks,
- packing by district, city or distribution list,
- a dedicated project lead and ongoing coordination.
