Materials, printing and finishing for retail displays
We use cardboard, rigid plastics, lightweight boards and substrates designed for direct-to-substrate printing. Material choice depends on product weight, display duration, expected wear, and brand look-and-feel. We print dump bins digitally using UV LED. For selected builds, we also print directly onto rigid substrates.
Finishes and details:
- matte or gloss lamination to improve scratch resistance
- contour cutting and die-cutting to shape, with clean or rounded corners
- store, regional and seasonal versions, including variable campaign data
On request, we can recommend materials that are easier to recycle or designs that reduce mixed components. We also advise on transport, storage, assembly and efficient replenishment in-store.
