We manufacture bespoke advertising and business signs for offices, shops, service outlets, industrial facilities, institutions and retail chains. These signs support visual identity, wayfinding and information, helping to organise spaces and make brands recognisable at their premises.

A business sign can identify your premises or entrance, provide information or directions, or form part of a building’s visual identity system. We use UV printing on carefully selected rigid substrates. We specify the material, size, thickness and finish based on the brief, display location and planned installation method.

Types of advertising and business signs

We tailor signs to their purpose, location and brand identity. An elegant reception sign calls for a different solution from an information board in a corridor or an outdoor sign for a service outlet.

Examples include:

  • company logo signs – for reception areas, offices, conference rooms and customer service points,
  • information signs – displaying opening hours, rules, department descriptions or contact details,
  • directional signs – identifying entrances, floors, zones, warehouses and access routes,
  • advertising signs – showcasing products, services, promotions or brand messages,
  • outdoor signs – for entrances, façades, fences and retail outlets,
  • signs for multi-site networks – produced to a consistent standard across multiple locations.

Each option can be produced in standard or bespoke sizes to suit the artwork and installation requirements.

Materials and UV printing

We UV-print business signs on rigid substrates selected to suit the display location, desired visual effect and conditions of use.

Commonly used materials include:

  • PVC boards – a lightweight substrate for indoor, information and promotional signs,
  • dibond-type composite panels – a more rigid option for business signs, fascia signs and outdoor displays,
  • acrylic or other clear and opal plastics – for signs with a more refined appearance, reception signage and decorative elements,
  • lightweight boards and rigid signage substrates – selected to suit the size, installation location and project budget.

UV printing produces clear graphics directly on the substrate. For projects requiring closer colour control or alignment with brand identity, we can prepare a sample or reference print for approval.

Finishing and preparation for installation

We prepare business signs for their intended display method. We select the finish to suit the material, size, location and installation method.

Available options:

  • cutting to size,
  • contour cutting,
  • edge routing where required by the design or material,
  • rounded corners,
  • mounting holes,
  • preparation for stand-offs, screws, mounting tapes or hanging systems,
  • matt or gloss lamination where required by the display location or desired visual effect.

For outdoor signs, the choice of material and finish depends on the installation location, exposure to sunlight, moisture and wind, and how the sign will be used. The specification should be agreed on a project-by-project basis, particularly for larger signs or façade installations.

Applications for business signs

Business signs are well suited to spaces where clear signage, visual consistency and a lasting message matter.

Typical applications include:

  • entrance signage for businesses, offices or service outlets,
  • logo signs in reception areas and meeting rooms,
  • information signs by doors, tills, counters and customer service points,
  • signage for corridors, zones, warehouses and back-of-house areas,
  • advertising signs on fences, façades and supporting structures,
  • signage systems for networks of shops, showrooms, offices and service outlets.

For projects covering multiple locations, we can prepare sets of signs according to a list of sites, sizes, language versions or message variations.

Ordering process and logistics

We produce business signs based on the brief, artwork and information about the display location. We use these details to select the material, size, printing technology, finish and packaging method.

Project stages:

  • consultation on the display location and purpose of the sign,
  • selection of material and size,
  • pre-production file checks,
  • UV printing on the selected substrate,
  • cutting, drilling or other finishing,
  • packing and dispatch to one or more locations.

Lead times depend on the quantity, size, material, number of variants and packing requirements. For urgent projects, we check whether express production is possible.

Send us your brief, artwork and installation details. We will recommend the material, size and finish and prepare a quotation for your business signs.

Frequently asked questions

  • What materials do you use to make business signs?

We produce business signs on PVC boards, dibond-type composite panels, acrylic and other rigid signage substrates. We select the material to suit the display location, size and installation method.

  • Can business signs be used outdoors?

Yes, but the material and finish must suit the display conditions. For outdoor use, we recommend more weather-resistant substrates, such as composite panels. We agree the final specification based on the installation location.

  • Can a sign have a bespoke shape?

Yes. We can contour-cut signs, round the corners, drill holes and prepare them for the chosen installation method. The finishing options depend on the material and design.

  • Do you print signs with company logos?

Yes. We produce signs featuring logos, company names, contact details, opening hours, department labels, directional arrows and other visual identity elements.

  • What files should I supply for business sign production?

We only accept print-ready PDF files, or TIFF files in selected cases. Before production, we check dimensions, bleed, resolution, colours and compliance with the print specification.
